Ade Bakare is a highly qualified and experienced instructional design and learning professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate learning and development. As a certified professional in talent development (CPTD) in corporate learning and development (L&D) specializing in instructional design, Ade has extensive expertise in designing impactful learning solutions that drive capability building and support strategic business objectives.
He currently works in a global capacity within the biotech and biopharma industry as a senior learning experience and systems expert, where he leverages instructional design principles, AI, digital learning strategies, and learning technologies to create high-quality learning experiences that enhance performance and solves business problems.
Ade is also the Founder and Chief Learning Officer (CLO) of Corporate Instructional Design Mastery Institute (CIDMI), a platform dedicated to empowering aspiring and experienced instructional design professionals through practical training, coaching, and industry-focused learning resources.
