11 years ago, I was exactly where you are: I desperately needed a change because I wasn't where I needed to be in my career. I was pursuing a career in regulatory affairs when I fortunately landed my first role in corporate learning and development as a training specialist.

As a newbie corporate trainer and instructional designer back then, I didn't know what I was doing: the tools, framework, processes, and methodologies were like a foreign language to me. Fast forward to present day, with 11 years of experience under my belt, I can say that I've gained mastery of how instructional design works in corporate, all without having to spend a dime on another masters degree program.

Hey #AspiringID & Newbies! I hear you and I see you!

There is nothing special about me. I'm a senior instructional designer and trainer at a vibrant global biotech company. I've worked on many corporate ID projects and developed learning solutions that have addressed business concerns. I've been responsible for hiring trainers and IDs into corporate L&D. In all my years of experience working in corporate learning and development, I have acquired a unique set of  skills that have helped me to thrive in my role.

What this boils down to is that, I packed 11 years of corporate instructional design experience into a hands-on, 12-week program to give you a fast tracked approach to setting clear goals, create a roadmap and acquire the critical ID skills faster with me by your side every step of the way.

So I invite you to tap into my years of experience and FAST TRACK your mastery of the most important instructional design skills for success in corporate L&D.

Now, let's get started teaching YOU how to thrive in corporate instructional design in any industry.
